Sightseeing on the road bike at the Plansee round

The Plansee round is a popular road bike ride that leads from Füssen past numerous natural beauties and sights through the magnificent Allgäuer Voralpenland. Among the highlights that await on this charming cycle round along the way are the magnificent Wieskirche, the rustic wood carving village Oberammergau, Schloss Linderhof and the beautiful Plansee.

You swing at the Füssener Tourist Information in the picturesque old town on your bike and first follow the course of the Bodensee-Königssee cycle path to cycle over Schwangau, Halblech and Fronreiten to the Wieskirche near Steingaden. On the way you will pass by lush green meadows and can enjoy magnificent views of the Allgäuer mountains. At the Wieskirche you should get off the bike to see this Rococo jewel, the center of the 19.
