A sporty road bike tour through the picturesque Voralpenland

The Auerberg-Ostallgäu round is an approx. 130 Kilometer long sporty road bike ride, which offers a varied route and leads from Füssen through the southern Ostallgäu. First of all, this tour goes quite comfortably from Füssen to the beautiful Forggensee to cycle over Rieden to Rosshaupten. The Forggensee, a reservoir and largest lake in the Allgäu, reaches its full water level only in summer and then invites you to all kinds of activities on and on the water. While you are driving along the shore, you will enjoy magnificent views over the turquoise blue water on the Allgäu mountains and the king castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau enthroned near Schwangau.
