Nordic Walking Tour: The Kobelsteig Round

The approx. 9,9 Kilometer-long Kobelsteig round is an easy Nordic walking tour through the beautiful Faulenbach valley, which offers the best natural enjoyment and invites you to let your thoughts wander and come to inner peace.

You start at the car park in a southern direction on the Alatseestraße, then turn left at the bus stop in the direction of Mitter- and Obersee. Subsequently, we walk comfortably through the beautiful landscape reserve between Lech and Alatsee. The two adjacent waters Mitter- and Obersee are popular excursion destinations in summer with their natural resorts. Here you can swim wonderfully or refuel on cozy sunbeds and relax. Cafés/restaurants invite you to a break and a reinforcement before it continues. On the Obersee there is also a Kneipp spa with a treadmill, a fountain, a treadmill and several changing rooms. Interesting is the bird trail that leads around the lake and introduces native bird species through interactive showcases. They turn right on the Alatseestraße, follow it. 150 Meter back towards Bad Faulenbach and then take the Birkenbühlweg on the left, which leads you to Kobelweg. Over the Kobelsteig and past the Kobel, you will finally return to the starting point of this charming tour, which offers an abundance of magnificent nature impressions and a high relaxation factor.

After the Nordic walking, a round of mini golf on the shaded grounds here in Bad Faulenbach promises fun for young and old. The place is daily in good weather from Easter to October 13 Open clock.
