The Pastor-Mayr-Nature Trail

The Pastor-Mayr-Naturweg is a very nice themed trail in the municipality of Halblech not far from Füssen in the Allgäu. The Parish Mayr nature trail begins in Berghof at the dreamlike St. Peterkapelle on the edge of the Ammergebirge. At the Halblech Dammweg you hike left on a gravel road until the junction to the Rossweg. Afterwards we go through meadows and fields back to Berghof. Alternatively, you can fortify yourself after the hike in the café at the market square in Bayerniederhofen, or in the inn in Halblech with coffee and cakes as well as Allgäuer delicacies.
