Sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Beim Frühstück blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer zum Gang. Wir sind mehrmals Nachts durch andere lärmende Gäste wach geworden und es kam zeitweise ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus der Dusche. Rating: 4

I was offered to stay in this hotel instead of Fantasia due to late arrival. So, it was an upgrade for me which I highly appreciated. I liked the idea of exhibiting the theatre costumes in the lobbies - made it feeling very special. And other designer items (iron chairs and tables). The room was not too big, not too small - just enough for all my needs. Everything was very accurate and "not to add, not to remove". The reception staff mostly polite and friendly and informative. Helped with the information, printed out train schedule. The hotel is well prepared for the tourists: ready booklets on how to get to the castles, what to see around. Very useful and smart. Even the paper on which the bill was printed featured Neuswanstein castle and was of very high quality - small but pleasant thing) Rating: 5

Durch den Fußboden und den kleinen Raum. Wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat, kam Straßenlärm. Alles in allem aber ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Im Saunabereich waren beide Liegen bereits besetzt als wir kamen und wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes im Spa-Bereich auch nicht frei, so dass wir nur sitzen konnten. Es wurde auch etwas überlaufen, dort oben. Rating: 4

One of the things I appreciated was their laundry facilities, we were in a week of our two week travel and certainly needed a washer and dryer ! Breakfast was one of the best we experienced . Meats, cheeses ,variety of breads, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruits, coffee, cappuccino, espresso ,tea, by far one of the best breakfast we had on our travels. Take me back!! Rating: 5
