The trail “Füssen” north to the Schorenhof (F1)“ has a length of approx. 6,3 Kilometers and runs as a circuit north of Füssen to the Schorenhof near the picturesque hop lake and back again. The circuit offers connections to the Hopfener, Weißenseer and Hopferauer Loipennetz and can be completed in about one and a half hours. The starting and finishing point of this trail is located below the Galgenbichel on the Ziegelbergweg at the level of the school centre. Parking is available on the street “Am Stieranger”. Those who travel by public transport arrive from the Füssener Bahnhof by bus line 56 to the stop at the Füssener Gymnasium. From here, the entrance of the trail is only a stone's throw away. The cross-country skiers simply always follow the signage from the starting point F1 and come through a magnificent winter landscape with fantastic views of wide white fields, snowy forests and the snow-capped Allgäuer mountains. The cold air here around feet is a blessing for the senses and when the sun shows up and makes the snow crystals glitter, the winter happiness is finally perfect.

Anyone who has now come to the taste, but has yet to learn cross-country skiing, can participate in cross-country courses in and around feet and have this beautiful endurance sport taught by competent ski instructors. It is practically never too late for this, because cross-country skiing can be operated at almost any age.
